Hotel and Air reservations are nonrefundable

Tour reservations (whether paid in advance or not) can be canceled up to 24 hours in advance (local time) for a full refund. 

Rail reservations are refundable if canceled at least 7 days prior to travel. Each ticket carries a $40 cancellation fee.
