I was born and raised in the Netherlands and traveled extensively throughout Europe before coming to the USA to work for 'Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines' aboard their cruise ships as a dining room waiter in the early eighties. 

After settling in Durham, NC, in the early 90's, my wife and I, along with our daughters, have enjoyed many travels throughout Europe, the Caribbean, Japan and the US. We cruised, we drove, we flew and now after 35 years and retired, we do it even more.
